Welcome to the Atelier Soie Shop. The following terms apply to all orders placed through shop.ateliersoie.eu. Please read them before placing an order — we've kept them as clear and concise as possible.

2. Products & pricing

Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout. 
We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time. The price shown at the time of your order applies to that order. 
We do our best to represent products accurately, but minor variations (e.g. colour) may occur.

3. Orders

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order, but the contract is formed at the point of dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or fraud is suspected. In such cases, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment methods are listed at checkout (card, Shop Pay, etc.). Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

5. Shipping

6. Customs & taxes (outside the EU)

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping page for details by region.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are available on our Refund Policy page.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — texts, images, illustrations, and design — is the intellectual property of Atelier Soie. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is not permitted.

9. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchase. Nothing in these terms affects rights guaranteed under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. EU customers additionally benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
